What does a climatologist do?
A climatologist is a person who studies changes in the climate.
They use weather instruments to make climate graphs.

What do climatologists use climate graphs for?
Climatologists use climate graphs to record the information they get from weather instruments.
These graphs show average yearly temperature and rainfall for a specific place.

What weather instruments were used to make the climate graphs?

The instruments used were the thermometer and rain gauge.

Compare the average rainfall(precipitation) between Madrid and the Amazon.

Buenos días familias,

El día martes 11, entregamos a los alumnos y alumnas una guía de actividades y algunas fichas para realizar en casa en los próximos días.
Debido a la suspensión de la actividad docente presencial, mantendremos la comunicación profesorado-familias cada dos días, desde diferentes plataformas online.
Para las áreas de Lengua y Matemáticas tenéis el correo de Ana para consultar dudas sobre los contenidos a trabajar.
Para las áreas de inglés y ciencias se harán publicaciones y se subirán las correcciones en el Blog de cuarto https://ksenglishcorner.blogspot.com/, se enviarán assignments mediante la plataforma Travelers. Para cualquier duda sobre los contenidos, me podéis enviar un email a mi correo deeducamadrid.
También estaremos enviando correos desde la aplicación Robles.
Cada dos días os haremos llegar las soluciones de los ejercicios enviados para que los alumnos realicen la autocorrección de dichas tareas y ejercicios.
Las tareas/assignments que realicen los niños y las niñas durante estos días contarán para la evaluación del 3º trimestre; atendiendo a los criterios de evaluación establecidos por el centro la realización de tareas cuenta el 20% de la nota final.
Esperemos que esta situación se resuelva lo más pronto posible y podamos volver cuanto antes a la normalidad. Deseamos que vosotros y vuestras familias os encontréis bien y paséis estos días lo mejor posible.

PD. En función de cómo se desarrollen los acontecimientos, valoraremos la viabilidad de la celebración en un futuro, de la salida que teníamos programada para mañana viernes.

CHRISTMAS TIME

Queridas familias,
Los alumnas y alumnas de 4º han participado en diferentes actividades relacionadas al tema de la Navidad (Christmas).  Han hecho sus  tarjetas navideñas, árboles navideños en 3D, guirnaldas y más. También han participado en la actividad "Readers´  Theater", estrategia para mejorar la fluidez lectora.
